The story of how Patrick Whaley, Founder/CEO of TITIN LLC, developed thecompany’s weighted compression gear actually began when he was in elementary school. It was then that Whaley would overload his backpack with books and do shoulder shrugs on the way to class in an attempt to add bulk to his frame.
“I quickly realized, however, that this put all the extra weight on my shoulders, which caused me to slouch,” he says. “I wanted something I could wear without compromise.”
