Strength Training Product Company, MostFit, is thrilled to bring their unique Core Hammer to the strength and conditioning market.
The Core Hammer is designed just like a sledgehammer, but the head is round and composed of a solid urethane material, providing the right amount of rebound so the user can establish a rhythm that exactly mimics traditional sledgehammer swings.
This means, you no longer need a bulky tire for sledgehammer workouts! It’s portable and extremely versatile – swing it against the ground, wall, cement floor, or use it like a mace to develop shoulder strength, mobility and stability. The long lever and distally loaded end provide endless options for unilateral and asymmetrical strength challenges, core exercises and rotational, mobility and stability work. Ideal for small group training, one-on-one training, bootcamps and more.
“One of the many reasons I use the Core Hammer when I’m training all of my athletes is to help develop coordinated explosive power through the core,” said Drexel University Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Michael Rankin.
The Core Hammer is available in 8 lbs and 12 lbs and comes with a two year warranty.

MostFit also offers a 4-hour certification training program accredited through NASM and ACE. Core Hammer training provides unique unilateral and asymmetrical strength challenges, rotational strength challenges, functional and stability training opportunities, and other training protocols provided by a distally loaded lever. The certification also introduces and examines ways to implement these training techniques in a personal training, group training, or group exercise environment.
