Foot Management was honored on February 16th at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis by the Professional Football Athletic Trainers Society (PFATS). In his speech, Roland Ramirez of the Houston Texans, mentioned that Foot Management has worked with the NFL’s athletic trainers for at least 32 years. Each NFL athletic trainer was present when Foot Management was awarded a crystal football by Ramirez to commemorate the event.
Looking back, Jack Kaeufer, President and Founder of Foot Management, recalled that the first professional football player that he made orthotics for was a player with the Washington Redskins in 1978. After that, he created products for players on the Washington Bullets(Wizards), the Baltimore Colts (Ravens), and the NFL’s Raiders and Cowboys. Now, Foot Management supplies products to nearly every professional team.
In addition, Foot Management holds the name trademark on Turf Toe, a problem that plagues many athletes. Foot Management also has developed dynamic semi-rigid foot orthotics that support the foot and allow the foot to be a mobile adapter.
