As everyone is transitioning into the fall, we want to remind you about the “CSCCa and NSCA Joint Consensus Guidelines for Transition Periods: Safe Return to Training Following Inactivity.” This is also a great opportunity to revisit the safe and appropriate work-to-rest ratios, especially during transition periods with staff and interns.
