Inside Auburn’s Summer Workouts

Previously, Auburn University Football Strength and Conditioning Coach Ryan Russell has been somewhat tight-lipped about sharing his approach for preparing Tiger players to execute the team’s hurry-up, no-huddle offense. In this video, however, Auburn provides a glimpse at its summer workouts, which include change-of-direction drills, sandpit training, and a variety of lower-body exercises designed to improve explosiveness.
